We arrived at 9pm. They were shutting down. My meal was made on the spot. When I got home (2 miles away) my rice and beans... were cool... as in luke warm. After I nuked it it was a good meal. Great flavor! My suggestion is don't go around closingtime. Read more

I have no complaint about the food. What I do have a problem with is cockroaches. During my recent visit with my children. My... daughter had to use the bathroom. On our way to the restroom in the customer line there was a squished dead roach on the floorfor everyone to see. I thought gross they should pick that up until we made it in the bathroom and a large dead one was on thefloor in the bathroom. The floor was sticky and disgusting. Leaving the restroom a quick glance behind the counter and my God! Iwill never eat there again. This place should not be open to serve if they have roaches. I am disgusted!!! If you love pepperJack find a different location because the Ralston Location is not where it?s at. Read more
Their signature Philly steak is something to be experienced. I grew up in New Jersey for 18 years, so I know how a Philly... cheesestake is supposed to taste like. I was recommended by a friend of mine to check this place out, and I'm so glad I did.It's an absolute gem, and the employees were very nice too. The interior and the cleanliness of the dining room was top notchtoo. The prices are on the high side, but the quality certainly makes up for it. Read more

This place is the worst pepperjax ever. They can't flow simple instructions on an order ticket of no jalapeños and no beans.... The time before this sauce on the side was to complicated. My order showed up drowning in sauce. Called the manager he couldn'tcare less. Clearly no one cares. Go somewhere else. This stores a joke. I dont know why but my.nachos are full of water . Myrice bowl is lacking rice and its cold and bland. Yuck. Tried them again on 11/9/ 21 via door dash. This is by far the mostunappealing thing I have ever received.this rice bowl is so wet the container can't even handle its contents. And the rice isgrossly undercooked. It's crunchy and flavorless.. the container is completely collapsed. I had to add my own plate to it. Andit's cold. Plus the fries are undercooked, greasy, mushy, cold, and soggy. I love the pepperjax by my work. Now I work fromhome and am stuck with this store. I won't be back personally but I would not recommend them or if you dare make sure ypu go inand supervise your food preparation because clearly the manager doesn't. What a disappointment Read more
The cheese steak Philly is absolutely delicious. Sadly, like everywhere else, they had to increase prices recently. Still, worth... every bit the price. Wife prefers the bowls over the sandwich. But, I married her anyway. ???? Read more
