Ordered one three topping pizza, was told in app to give 10-20 mins. Seemed reasonable to me. Get there a minute or two after... the latest time given. Proceeded to wait another 20 mins. My pizza had not even been in the oven upon arrival. I get it ifyou're busy, but can you change the wait times to be closer to the actual time it'll take? I would've felt better knowing it'llprobably take 40-50 mins to have it ready, rather than showing up and having to sit there 20 mins. It's called order ahead. Andit's not like you have room in your restaurant or parking lot for large capacity to sit and wait around. Read more
My little sister was having a tough day, so we treated her to some pizza hut. Everything was quickly delivered and... delicious--except the hot wings! It seems like they were either forgotten or left at the store. Luckily, the delivery driverwent 20 minutes out of his way to double back and pick them up. I'm sad that I didn't get his name! It was the most consideratecustomer service experience I've had in a long time. I wish I had thought to tip him extra. Thanks, mystery driver, for makingmy sister's day. Read more
Get my order right. I initially ordered 2 single serve pan pizzas and 2 orders of wings online. When I went in to pick up, only... the wings were ready. They had no knowledge of the pizzas. They made a medium and large at that point and I had to wait. Onlythe one pizza was the wrong pizza. Should have been backyard BBQ, but instead of BBQ, they put marinara on the pizza. I called the store near 75th and Pacific to complain about my order. They kept hanging up the phone on me. When I did get... somebody(finally) I was on hold for 38 minutes one time. The next time I was on hold for 17 minutes. Both times I was once againhung up on. I was trying to contact them from 3:05 pm to 4:47 pm on 1/8/22. As far as my order goes, I ordered cheese sticksthat came with little cheese on the bread and the cheese was burnt. My pizza was suppose to be a chicken pizza. There was hardlyany cheese on it and barely any chicken. When I finally got to speak with the manager, she stated that my order was the way itis suppose to come. I told her I had ordered practically the same thing the day before(1/7/22) and I had no problems and thefood was perfect. She did not offer to fix or credit me the part that was messed up. I will never order from this location againuntil they can serve the public better and fix their mess ups. Read more
The order arrived in a timely matter. The pizza was hot & the crust was crispy & not soggy at all. Everything was very tasty.
