This restaurant refused me delivery service because I live in apartments that are in close proximity to a homeless shelter. I... explained several times that I do not live in the homeless shelter, but they still refused delivery. I placed my order throughthe app and shortly after received a phone call saying it was a ? rule? here. No one could explain anything further and I spoketo 3 different people at this location. I told them this is discrimination based on where I live. The guy who claimed to be themanager said, ? I don?t care what it is , I?m canceling your order.? He refused to even hear me out then gets angry that I spokeover him when he initially tried to steam roll over me, then hung up in my face. Read more

I had called because they forgot my sauce. The lady on the phone asked if I wanted her to credit my account or if I wanted... driver come back out. I said come back out. She seemed annoyed and asked if we knew who it was or what car they had. I told herno it was dark. With an attitude she said she will try and figure out the driver and have him bring us the sauce. She calledback and said she found out who it was and that he is on his way to Bellevue for a delivery and he will come by and bring us thesauce. Old location but was very clean and comfortable inside. Awesome employee working in the dining area. She was so friendly and... kind to my girl who just got out of the eye doctor and came to pick up her Book It pizza that she wanted to stay and eat inside.And props to Pizza Hut for still doing the Book it program!!!
