The employees did a good job of taking my order, getting my food in a timely manner and getting my order correct. They, like... many other fast food businesses, are short staffed and did the best they could. Food was very tasty. Only thing that could'vebeen better is the cleanliness of the place, went there about 4pm and all the tables were dirty, so I sat at the least dirtytable. Read more
Chicken was cold and chewy. You can tell it was just in the warmer. Red beans and rice was just mush. Order was not correct, had... to go back in the waiting line at the drive thru (inside not open) Definitely not worth $20+. I wouldn't recommend this locationor really any location in Omaha. My husband went thru the drive thru at about 8:30. I have always been happy with my order. This night, I felt that the chicken... was overcooked and so was the biscuits. I felt like because we came later, we got the bottom of the barrel. We got the 8 piecebox and ended up with 5 very small wings that were overcooked and dry! Read more
Things have been going down here. I never complained not even when they leave out the pies or a side but tonight was the worst... experience. The food was awful. Chicken tasted like it was sitting all day. Looked like it too. The rice was hard AF. Fries werecold and tasted old. The Cole slaw was decent. The biscuits were the only thing worth eating. No hot sauce. No honey. Greasynapkins. We won't bother giving Popeyes another chance. Read more
