The staff are extremely friendly, greeted us as we entered, and could tell we've never been there. The guy explained the... sandwiches and such. I got the Italian with mac and cheese and my husband got the steakhouse beef with a cup of the chicken potpie soup. All were excellent! When we were leaving, a customer forgot their purse and an employee saw it right away and ranoutside to take it to her. Such great customer service! We will definitely be back! Read more

My first time eating here! Ordered the skinny blt sandwich w/ soup combo. I ordered extra bacon and there is no way there was... extra on it.. it had a total of 4 pieces on it which were gone before I finished the sandwich bc they were small and barelythere lol also there was no oil on it at all which I also asked for, so it was a little dry. I also asked for lite Mayo but Ididn?t mean literally a drop of it and that?s about all I got, right in the middle of the sandwhich. Wish I could have lovedthis place as much as my bf does but for the amount we paid just for my Sandwich to be how it was, I will not be back. Onlyreason for 2 stars was the potato soup! This was our first time eating here... the sandwich was good and the chicken pot pie soup was really good.. but who ever made my... sandwich left the peels on the avocado and the avocado was rock hard.. I had to pick through my sandwich and pick out all thepieces of avocado due to both reasons. Other than that it was an alright sandwich. Read more
Potbelly Sandwich Shop is conveniently located in the North Park area off of Blondo Street. It is a spacious restaurant with... about 20 tables, and a 7 chair counter area. It is decorated in a retro hippy style. Think lots of comic sans font signs thatsay "Peace." There are also some vintage photos of Omaha. I went around 11 am, and it was empty. A man was setting up his guitarfor live music. I ordered the A Wreck. I ordered it with standard toppings on toasted multi grain bread. The sandwich wasfilling in, yet manageable. At no time did I feel like my sandwich was falling apart, and at the end of the meal I felt full.The mustard gave the sandwich a bit of a kick. The salami, roast beef and turkey all complimented each other well. This salt andvinegar chips go well with this sandwich. This is a good lunch spot. It's easy to get a quick and delicious bite here.
