ordered the new surf and turf bowl that was advertised for $12.75. The lady working did a bait and switch and did a custom bowl... without telling me the difference and my bill was over $16. Crusted quesadilla is undercooked. The cheese isn?t even melted, let alone crusted.
Went to this location at 6:50pm today and they said due to shortage of staff we cant place orders inside we have to place them... online and wait in our vehicle until they were done. There was 6 other cars waiting at this time. There should be no reason wecan?t place our order inside and wait I just got off of a 12 hours shift and had to wait over 30 minutes for it with 2 workersstanding there doing nothing while the other 2 workers were laughing and taking their time! Better management and bettertraining needs to be done, theres no reason 4 people can?t perform this job. UPDATE: I got my food burrito was fine, they gaveme a small queso cheese dip (like what you would put ranch in) my sons tacos were suppose to be plain (shown on the ticket inpic one) and they had cheese and sour cream on them. Mine were supposed to have multiple things on it and it only had cheese andsour cream on it also. Food was gross. The guy ripped my tortilla three times before just double wrapping it. Food was gross, I could say it ten more... times and it still would be under stating it. $15 for a disgusting burrito and a drink. I will never go to any Qdoba ever againin my life. Read more
