No cutlery, no sauce, did not cook corn tortillas for tacos so could not pick them up, they're raw Qdoba need to be on the grill... before filling and street tacos at $11 for 3 should have 2 tortillas. Cilantro rice was cooked perfectly but had no flavor, likechewing water. I won't go back. Also only 2 bags for pickup and cashier tried to give me wrong one, which was much larger! Tried their new surf & turf meal when it 1st came out & it was a big regret. I don?t go to do a except MAYBE once a year. & I... found that they are VERY EXPENSIVE FOR fast food. They do not know how to prep. They leave skin on the avocado, don't stem their cilantro, don't cut their cilantro, and don't... shred their lettuce. I have ordered twice from here and the first time I figured maybe they were just busy. But the 2nd time?Nah. This is ridiculous. LEARN TO PREP. Read more
We had an incredibly awful experience with catering from this location. We ordered Qdoba for our wedding reception at our home.... Not only were we Charged $70 more than the estimate, but the chips/guac/sour cream/cheese/salsa/lettuce didn?t arrive. When Icalled, I was told that I could either come get it myself or I was out of luck and then the manager hung up on me. We ended upsending two of our guests to the grocery store nearby where we spent an additional $60 on toppings. Do better Qdoba! I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I ordered 95 boxed lunches for a staff luncheon at a big high... school. I ordered them a week ahead of time and was assured there would be no issue. We had used this location for the exactsame thing last year and it worked out perfectly. I spoke with the manager and another employee 3-4 during that week because Inever received a confirmation email and they had some questions. I spoke to someone at 8:30 and 10:00 the morning of theluncheon and both times she assured me that it would be set up and ready to eat at 11:30. When 11:30 rolled around and there wasno sign of them, I called and was informed that they got busy and were running behind. They were still packing the lunches atthat point. No one bothered to call and tell me that they were running late so I had 95 hungry people waiting for their lunch. Ioffered to pick them up but was told they would be there soon. The food finally arrived at 12:20, 50 minutes after it wassupposed to be set up. Besides the fact that it was so late, it was disappointing that no one notified us that there would be adelay. We use Qdoba frequently throughout the year for various events, but that will no longer happen. Read more

Came here for a corporate trip, never been to a Qdoba before. AJ was very polite and helpful even though it was late. He... suggested a great order for me. Surprisingly cheap too, I just wish I could have tipped them with my card when I paid. Read more
