Good food. Enjoy the variety of burger and sandwich options. My son and I were there for a late lunch. This particular location... was either understaffed (like most places now) or the scheduling was poorly orchestrated. Either way, our server was quiteinattentive. Once we finally got seated that is. The bartender actually did that. When we got our first round of beverages andfood, my son (14) was able to play enough rounds of plants vs zombies on the table top device to get the high score before theserver came back again to check on us. Turn the music down. It's unnecessarily loud. Do better at making sure your "bottomless"item doesn't actually reach the bottom. It's just the right thing to do. Read more

This really isn't about a bad experience, wrong order, raw food, etc. But there seems to have been a town turn in our... experiences going to Red Robin the last several months. If you are a regular like my family, you can't put your finger on itexactly but something has changed. I am not sure if it was management, the cooks or the food vendor. Service has been slower. At the back of the dining room there is a wood sill/top that is about two feet wide before the windows. We sat there recentlyand there was a layer of dust on it and dead insects. My wife absolutely loved the cheese sticks at Red Robin and they for surechanged the product. It may sound petty but she loves cheese sticks and we go to Red Robin specifically for them and I have nodoubts her criticisms are accurate. There was a hair in her salad on our last trip. I'm not counting that against them, thatcan and will happen anywhere. Overall things are down. I really don't know what will bring us back. Maybe if we hear in thenews of an overhaul or new management team. Read more

I visited on a Friday around 6pm. There wasn't a wait to be seated but I sat at the bar vs the dining room. It was obvious the... bartenders were in the weeds. The one tender was busy making ice cream sundaes and shakes. At one point he needed to refill theice cream machine and the refill was spilling over his hand into the machine as he was pouring. The servers were behind gettingthe treats and drinks from the bartenders. When I got my food there was no silverware and then I was handed a single fork. Mypretzel bun burger was mediocre and lukewarm. The beer cheese dipping sauce was gloppy. Needless to say, I was underwhelmed. Mytab with the burger ONLY (no beverages) came to $20+ with tax. Thank goodness I had a birthday reward that brought the totaldown. The food and atmosphere was NOT worth the price. Poorly run restaurant. Read more

I am biased; I like my burgers done a certain way. If I request a burger dine medium, I expect something with some pink in the... middle. My burger came out burned. Not just well done, but burned enough that all I could taste was char. I sent it back. Thesecond came back well done. I should have sent it back, but in previous experiences I've found that...I just don't like how RedRobin makes their burgers. I go because my kids like going. The fries were fabulous, I will give them that. Service was fine,but not memorable. Read more

Ordered for pick up from the app UberEats. This was my terrible experience: it said order ready RIGHT at the time order was... approximated. i get inside and my order isnt even on the UberEats rack. i have to flag someone down. order comes, low andbehold no drinks. i have a photo of my friends wrist next to the order BEFORE the milk and shake came out. it took so long mydiabetic friend had to open his food, as seen in the pics i have to provide in this ticket. by the time the milkshake and milkcome, my food is cold and his is half consumed. i had to wait longer for the host to get us straws. it isnt until we make itto my friends that i realize my chocolate cake failed to come with ice cream as advertised. i didnt get to eat with my friendand to keep ticket time down for the restaurant, it said order ready 16 minutes before we had everything, excluding the icecream i wasn't aware was missing. i got to eat alone, cold food because RR couldnt have the entire order ready when it alertedme it was ready for pickup. If the restaurant would like to send me out $50 (the total was slightly over $50) in the form of agiftcard(s) or remake my order entirely, ready to be picked up at the SAME TIME, please rectify this situation and reach out tome via responding back to this review. Probably one of the worst visits we have ever encountered. Completely understand being short staffed and longer wait times on... food. What we don't understand is why their cooks were straight awful to the customers and staff. We were told that the cookswere too lazy to cook more bacon for my husbands burger and just put the scraps on. Then while my husband was eating, the plateof bacon that was brought out later was taken away before he was even finished with his meal. The burgers were burnt and overcooked, and the egg was like rubber. And for $13 a burger, this is just not ok. The manager was super nice about the situationbut all he did was say I'll talk to my cooks "again." Our server also said that the cooks have been an issue and their behavioris affecting their work and their income. You guys need to fix your behavior before you lose all customers. Burnin Love Burger with wedges [juicy burger with green pepper to make it spicy]. Onion rings [nice and crispy served with your... condiment of choice] and boneless Polynesian buffalo wings appetizers [slight sweet taste]. Great waiters with spontaneousservice. There was a small dissatisfying smell of cleaning supplies but not unbearable. Read more

The service was lacking. The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. We were seated promptly and did receive drinks... fairly quickly but did take a while after ordering before being checked on again and had to ask for a new clean set ofsilverware, saw the tablet on the table stating silverware was being washed twice and menus wiped down, our drink menu had somedried condiment on it and I decided to not investigate further. I wouldn't recommend spending the extra for the garlic fries. Itseemed like a ladle or two of a garlic oil was poured over the top of the fries. Tried to give it a second chance and got arefill on the fries and the refill had more oil than the original order and it seemed like the oil was poured over the middle,not tossed or even dispersed on the fries. The burgers were good though. Overall I don't think I'll be returning even if givena gift card. Read more
