Not only is Runza one of my all time favorites - the service I received today was above and beyond! When my food was handed to... me in the drive-thru window I brilliantly dropped it. Completely my fault. The very nice man working stopped me when I went toopen my door to grab it and said no they would get me a new meal. He was so nice, kept smiling and talking with me and neveronce showed any sign of irritation or anything. Thanks Runza for making sure I got a fresh Swiss cheese mushroom Runza!! Can?t go wrong with a steaming hot runza. Was hungry for a pocket, so I went down to the restaurant for some food. Something I... love about Runza is no matter what time of day, it?s always served fresh. That and their crinkle fries (lol). Read more
Worst runza ever. Asked for extra ranch with two four piece chicken fingers just to get home and for there to be no ranch. Drive... all the way back and then end up having to wait in the drive through for a good 20 min. By the time I got home my food was cold.Not worth the $23.00. Read more

Such a huge fan of Runza?s tasty burgers (so good!). However, my last experience there was not good. I ordered a cheeseburger at... 8:30pm and it was not hot. Or even really warm. Mostly cool. Most of the cheese was unmelted. I am pregnant and did want to takeany chances, so I didn?t eat it. Going back wouldn?t have helped, as all the other burgers were probably in a similar state.They need to be more careful about meat safe handling! The bags are too big for the meal. Literally every time I come here my food gets thrown around in the car because it is too... loose in the car. EVERY TIME. I hate it and I'm done eating at this stupid restaurant. It's not worth the frustration. Read more
