They closed at 6:30 when it says they close at 7. Last time I went the chicken was subpar and now they are closing way too... early. I was willing to give a shot on a restaurant that?s been around for a long time but the quality has dropped and nowyou?ve made it impossible for me to purchase your food before I?m off work. Boo. I just happen to be strolling through the mall and noticed the constant steady line at Sarku Japan. I had not eaten at all and... had to try it out. I noticed if I downloaded the app I would save $5. I decided to download and opening the app, completed theregistration just to find out they were no longer taking app orders for the day. So beware at this location around 6pm youcannot order via the app. Needless to say I was unable to save $5, but, it was worth it. Hint to the hunger you might just wantto pay extra extra chicken and vegetables. Read more

Update your hours online. We got here 30 minutes before they close and the drive alone was almost 30 minutes. Someone working... rudely told us they were closed. If you want to close early sure go for it but at least update your hours so potential customersdon?t waste their time driving to you. Read more

We have been coming here on Sunday's for as long as I can remember. Never had issues until now. Our family loves this place. The... older gentleman up front has messed up our order every time and we always have to correct it. Today was the last straw. Notonly is he always rude, did he doesn't listen to your order, and today he charged us for an additional order . While trying toexplain to him what is wrong, he snatched the receipt out of my hand, he throws his things down, hands us $9 when he owes us $12and tells us to get out of here. He was very disrespectful and clearly had no business being the face of your company. Then thelady behind us had an issue with him. He didn't ring it up correctly and told her she didn't pay for what she asked because herang it up wrong. Read more

They overcharged a customer in front of me by about $10. They charged him for 2 vegetable sides instead of 2 vegetable spring... rolls. They wanted him to just take the extra food and not refund him and made a big deal about not refunding him. Horriblecustomer service!! The customer was so sweet and said to never mind and didn?t get his refund. I stood up for him and told therestaurant it wasn?t ok and they needed to refund him and make it right before I left. They did not and they kept the money. So sad they chose to not do the right thing. No integrity or honesty. This will be my last time even though I?ve enjoyed theirfood over the years. Read more

I?ve eaten here a few times and the food is good. As a delivery partner, they are on point. You?ll get your food fast and right... off the grill. Very low wait time, professionally packaged, and on the way ASAP. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants towork with. Read more
