The staff is always nice BUT, the upper Mgmt. of this location obviously does not seem to care about how filthy the store...in... us visiting this location for nearly three years we finally sought out another location ( some of which are scooters and otherstheir competition). Of all their locations this place seriously needs a revamp on cleanliness...the carpets are always flilthyduring the day hours and the bathrooms are not only filthy and unsanitary but the toilet paper dispensers are either broken orhave no paper. The floors in the men's bathroom are disgusting and this has NOT changed in our years there. I don't think theUpper Mgmt. cares or if it does, the staff seem not to care. They seem to have plenty of time to address this but no one cares.This all comes back to the Upper Mgmt in not doing their job. The other locations are much much cleaner and nicer. We don't evenbother to come here and head to another competitor location. Our coffee buddies agree and we all have moved onto otherlocations. We will be reporting this formally to the Douglas County Health Dept as it truly is disgusting. Read more
I am so happy with the service here. The manager is fantastic, and my coffee is always perfect! I got home and accidentally... dropped my coffee while walking in the house( I was carrying my baby in the car seat with some other food. I thought I wassuperwoman, and the coffee went flying all over my floor and walls ). I drove back and got another one and told the manager whathappened, and she gave me a free coffee. The service is always great, but one experience stands out. I left my backpack with some keepsakes inside. One of the crew... members found it and kept it safe in the office for me. Good for them for their honesty and kindness. It's appreciated. Read more
I asked for a large dark roast at 1pm on a Sunday and they gave me cold coffee. I would've rather had them tell me they were... done brewing that type and given me something hot. UPDATE: The store manager reached out to me and apologized for the coldcoffee. That is customer service at it's finest. Thank you for contacting me. I will be back and try again soon. Read more
Is there any Scooters that isn't great? This one, as with all other Scooters I've been to, has super friendly, fast service,... with great drinks and food. You can't go wrong! ?? Read more
