I?ve gone to this scooters time & time again & everytime I ask for extra flavor/shot in my drink it?s rarely ever done. I tried... calling but they don?t answer their phones. It?s just infuriating to pay almost $10 for a drink and not get what I asked for.Nor is there anything I can do about it because they don?t answer their phones for customers. I get things get hectic, busy,etc. but when I ask at the window if my extra stuff is in my drink and they say yes when it isn?t, just is not okay. ???????? I?ve visited this location numerous times, but today was the last straw. Not once has my coffee cup ever been full!!... The cup is usually about 75% filled!! I?m so tired of paying six or seven dollars for a product that?s not even worth it. If youwant better customer service and more coffee for what you?ve paid, go to the 144th & Maple Scooters! I come through almost everyday and as the days get colder the barista?s outfits stay the same.I asked one day why they do not... have jackets on and they all informed me that they are not allowed to because ?it doesn?t look professional.? As a owner that isa disgrace of an excuse. As an owner your number one priority is not money not your business but your employees. And makingthese barista?s constantly stick their hand out and 7° weather which that?s cold enough to lose fingers you should be ashamed.I would love to see the owner sit at that window for 6 to 7 hours and consistently stick your hand out and 7° weather. I wouldlike to see you step up and provide proper clothing for your barista?s. So they can do their job fast and safe! Read more

Went to there just maybe 10 mins ago, and ordered a smoothie and it has no flavor, been trying to call them and no one answers... the phone. Don't know who the owner or manager. I have never seen the gals there before, and we'll they need more training onmaking drinks. This has to much base and no flavor. Read more
I paid for an extra shoot and my drink just tasted like almond milk. I also bought a breakfast sandwich and paid $3.69 and this... thing was so tiny. The price needs to match the size of your food Scooters. This is a rip off and the gals answer when askedfor a refund, she said she doesn't now how to do a refund. This was my mistake for trying to change it up from my normal coffeeat Dunkin. Read more
This scooters was the best place I ever went to. Suddenly, the new lady here Beth was the worst. The drinks they are making now... taste terrible. They waste so much of my time when all I want to do is order a coffee, after every word I say they ask if I wantsomething else, interrupting me while I'm ordering and making it a struggle. This isn't how coffee shops should be run at all. Iwent to this scooters for years and the staff there always made me feel welcome and presented the best drinks. I don't know whathappened to the old staff but the quality at this location has definitely dropped and I will not be going back. Read more
This is easily the worst scooters I have used. Every cup of hot "coffee" I get smells and taist like an ash tray. How do you... even allow that to make it to a customer. Pathetic. Read more
