Employees are very friendly, but my bacon ciabatta had no Gouda and only one tiny piece of bacon. I?m normally not a complainer,... but that kind of defeated the purpose of the sandwich for me. Also the cake pops had no sticks, which is a terrible idea for thekids who want them. My kids have sensory issues and don?t want to hold a cake bite to eat it. Read more
Really clean place, inside and out!
Drinks were made wrong, we ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. Why did we receive not 1 not 2 but 3 frozen sandwiches. All we got... was a rude apology and another breakfast sandwich. That was warm no actual customer service or refund for wasting my time. Read more
Barista was delightful. I had a SF Mocha Iced Coffee with 2 shots of espresso & it was fantastic.
Staff here is always friendly and very quick at what they do. Love getting my blended drinks here when on the go.

This is your run of the mill chain coffee shop experience. Comparable to other large coffee chains. I do appreciate that they... have a rewards app so that you can get some discounts, including $2 off immediately after downloading the app. I waited about 5minutes hovering at the counter before someone took my order. The coffee I received tasted okay but the employees definitelydidn?t shake up the almond milk so that just demonstrates a lack of care on their part. The location was not busy when I went soit was definitely a lack of care and not a lack of time that led to this very average experience. Read more
My wife and I almost religiously hit this location after drop off. Even with a line halfway to the street the wait times aren't... that bad. The staff is always wonderful with a smile on their face. My only criticism is consistency. We order almostexclusively the same things every day but I always ask the question "did they make it right today". Read more
