Went in for my morning coffee order for the office the individual taking my order did not put my order in while taking it I get... to the window they don?t have all of my coffees ready or rang in they got my whole order wrong and charged me extra for extrashots a flavor but gave me plain black coffee when I finally get to sit down and drink my coffee I get a mouth FULL of coffeegrounds hands down the WORST experience I?ve had by far at any scooters and will never return there were 4 different peopleworking there?s no reason I should?ve had these issues Read more

We stopped at this location Thursday at 10 am to get an espresso coffee to fix my Caramel coffee I?ve had previously bought at... 60th & F ST, which was wrongly made, but the gentleman working at this location kindly offered to remake my coffee? I normally love getting my coffee from scooters but I?ll probably be going somewhere else now. This is the third time they... didn?t make my coffee right(only fixed it after my boyfriend told the lady at the window) and they THREW MY CINNAMON ROLL IN THEBAG WITH NO CONTAINER!!!! I won?t come back to a place with such poor service. I?m disappointed and I Really loved scooters. Read more

6102 Irvington Rd. is consistently sub par. This time my large, white mocha blended is icy and not creamy like other locations... and, apparently they made a medium and just put it in a large glass. Read more

I have been coming to this location for over 3 years now. I typically go there 2-3 times per week. Today I ordered an oatmeal... and two lattes (for a coffee date with my mom), I was excited for her to try one of my favorite oatmeals. Imagine my surprisewhen I got to my mom's house (30 minute drive) and noticed that there were no toppings provided for the oatmeal, it was just anold plain oatmeal (I paid about $3.50 for oats and water). I was very disappointed but I decided to call to tell them that theyforgot to provide toppings. The young lady told me that they ran out of toppings and that is why they did not provide them tome. I was upset, so I asked "nobody told me that when I put in the order for the oatmeal" to which she replied "I guess we couldhave told you that, we will next time." Seriously, they knowingly sold me an incomplete order (missing ingredients), stillcharged me full price for it, did not apologized, nor offered a store credit/refund. I don't typically get this upset overoatmeal and it might even sound ridiculous but their response and attitude was unacceptable and it is sad that they have lost mybusiness and my family's. I've been coming to this location for around 6 months now, about three to four times a week for my lunch break. Not ONE time... have I been disappointed! Some Scooter's locations are very hit or miss, but the baristas at this location are amazing! Myblenders are always creamy, not icy/chunky and they're always made super sweet!
