I went there today around 5pm. I was at the upstairs location because the one downstairs had no one there. I waited in line for... several minutes behind two other people. The person in front of me walked up to order and as soon as the lady at the registertook the order another girl called out that theirs was the last order. This is ridiculous considering I was waiting patiently inline for my turn only to he told they couldn?t take my order. The mall doesn?t close until 8. There is no reason they needed toclose at 5 on a busy Saturday in the mall. So disappointing. Read more
Was told since they were short staffed will be taking a 20-30 min break while ...left, did some shopping came back and no one... was there still after being gone for 40 mins. There were 5 young ladies there when they decided to take a break. Waited 10 moremins, For a young lady to say they are still on break for another 15 mins. Read more
Really bad customer service, off the bat rude and impolite. Husbands drink was awful and they didn?t want to give him more... creamer or sugar because ?they didn?t have time to help him?. Could use some training and manners. Read more
Ordered a simple coffee with cream. Filled the cup to the top with coffee and still put cream in it to where it was seeping out... of the top of the cup. When asked for something to stir the cup with they handed me a knife and laughed about it. Knowingthere?s no way to fit a knife in the cup without it spilling out everywhere. Had to to throw the cup away ultimately. Worst wayto spend almost 3 bucks just to be set up for failure. Read more
Closed before 6. Both branches in the mall. Wont make coffee because they said they want to leave early. They got my drink wrong... and when i told her i asked for no whipping cream she removed it with a tissue and gave it to me instead of making me a new one Read more
Only went here once and was definitely a waste of time. It took around 45 minutes to receive one blended drink. And I get it,... they were kind of busy but I hoped that the drink would be worth the wait. It wasn?t. It tasted so watered down that I couldn?tfinish it. I think it was just a bad day for them. Went to this scooters about 2 weeks ago with 3 friends. The girl at the counter was not at the counter she was standing about 10... feet back, while we stood at the register ready to order. She looks at us finally after about 15 seconds and says "I'm about togo on break so are you guys getting something?" ....... I was shocked. I wasn't leaving without my boyfriends smoothie so Iordered him a medium mixed berry smoothie. She acted annoyed the entire time I was ordering and looked absolutely dreadful thewhole time making the smoothie. She gave it to us with no smile or comment and then ran to the back, I'm guessing to avoid anynew customers. The smoothie tasted awful, something was off, and my boyfriend threw it away. I understand bad days and Iunderstand being frustrated trying to go on break because I've worked customer service my whole life. But I did not do anythingwrong, and you just cannot treat customers like that. I rarely ever leave bad reviews about places because I understand thecustomer service struggle. But I was so upset after this and have spent a long time deciding if I should post this ornot. Anyway, probably won't be using this scooters anymore. Read more
