Today was only my second time ever going to a Scooters. I am not much of a coffee drinker, but wanted something to warm me up on... a chilly morning. When I approached the speaker, the friendly voice asked me if I would like to add a blueberry muffin to myorder. I agreed and also ordered a warm drink. I arrived at my destination only about a couple miles away and took a sip. Stillnice and hot. My muffin on the other hand was ice cold and not just from the brisk morning, but from the inside-out. I ended uphaving to wait for it to get to room temp to eat it and by then, it was fairly dry. Kind of disappointed when I was reallywanting a warm muffin. Read more
There usually seems to be only 1 person working when we go so there is a little bit of a wait, but the employee working no... matter how busy never seems to be frazzled and is always cheerful. I bring my kids for a smoothie here fairly regularly afteractivities and haven't had a bad experience once so far. Read more
There's a young Black man who works here and I just have to say while I love Scooter's coffee, it just became my go to and this... location in particular, because of him. I'm not a morning person, and he just makes me want to be a morning person and have thebest day! I will have to get him name next time. I stopped here this morning for a latte and was so pleasantly surprised by how genuinely kinda and friendly their staff is! The... gentleman working the window was chatting with me while we were waiting for my drink to be finished. It was really refreshing,especially during this weird time where people have a tendency to be rude to each other out of fear. Nice, cleaning and friendly staff. It has pretty much similar menu pricing as other Scooter locations. This location is an... actual coffee shop with free WiFi, and tables that you can sit and browse the Internet or small group meetings. Read more
Coffee and smoothies are always good, but the customer service could be a bit better in the drive thru. I frequent this location... a lot and almost very time I visit the drive thru it feels like I am being a burden to the staff by being there to give them mymoney. This location would get 5 stars from me if the friendliness of the staff improved. Read more
It a nice place to go to have coffee with friends. The girls there are very, helpful and always have a smile...Scooters is miles... ahead of a dunking place for food to have with your coffee. This would be the place for a relaxing get together. Read more
