My first time ever coming to this location and it will be my last. I didn't hear them over the speaker system so my order wasn't... placed when I pulled up to the window. My window was down I just didn't hear them. I was talking to the delivery guy who wasunloading all of their supplies. He was friendly and thanked me for allowing him space to do his job. When I pulled up to thewindow I informed them I hadn't placed my order. They told me I would need to circle around and get back in line. A line thatnow had about 5 additional cars. As you can imagine I'm completely floored and just flabbergasted at this point because I hadalready waited in line. Not to mention the total lack of customer service. I explained what happened and the response was that"you need to circle around and wait in line again." This is the directive they were given by upper management. At this point Iput my car in park because I'm not going to circle around to wait in line. My order in no way was complex it was merely a smalliced pumpkin latte. I told them that the customer service was terrible and how rude for them to say that. I have worked inhospitality my entire career. I couldn't believe this was the direction given by upper management. Imagine if I were hard ofhearing or deaf....Would they treat this individual the same way? They eventually realize that I'm not going to move and takemy order. Please keep in mind the amount of time it took for the terrible customer service and the commentary from 3 teammembers. When the concern was they had other people they need to serve. It was about TIME, time they took to be rude when theycould have just taken the order gracefully and moved on. They eventually took and gave me my order and didn't charge but thatwasn't the point and no that didn't make the situation better. Read more

Overall it's scooters! If you need it right then and there go ahead but if you're afraid of rolling or heights or whatever, do... not go here unless you walk. Their parking lot is terrifying! Read more
Pleasant staff, Timely service! Latte and Americano seem to taste the same?
Refuse to give me the flavored coffee with ice, claimed it was a franchise location and that was against the regulations. I... asked just for some ice in my coffee and the lady claimed it would be way too much water in my coffee and cannot do it. What ajoke, like I don't know ice is made from water. I suggest going to another scooter's location, they are much more accommodatingusually. Read more
I got banned for going though the drive thru. I some how unknowingly made a worker uncomfortable or fear comming to work.. I am... a every day regular. But it ok Ill just take my business to Starbucks or just save money Read more
Great place to get coffee and meet up with someone. Just be careful pulling into the parking lot it's sloped enough to... potentially damage your vehicle if you just whip into it. It's not that big of a deal though (only mentioning that part if yourvehicle sits lower to the ground). Very friendly staff and right off the interstate! Read more
As is the case with most Omaha area Scootets in recent months the young baristas select music that is far too intrusive for a... coffee shop experience. I would go to a night club if I wanted to be bombarded with loud "music" and non-sensical lyrics. Read more
