Our first visit to Sickie?s in Omaha. Hostess award polite and our server was excellent. However, it took for we for the meal to... be delivered (1 hour). Went in the afternoon after a lunch crowd would have been done and gone. First off - our waitress was absolutely phenomenal! She... explained the menu very well and was attentive but not overbearing our entire visit. The burger itself is very unimpressive andon the dry side. Me and a colleague decided to stop in last minute for a quick bite. We walked in during an apparent shift change so we had to... wait a little extra, it gave us time to admire the little souvenir shop within the restaurant, the service was quite good wewere attended to frequently and made sure our drinks were replaced. The only thing was the food a bit too greasy for my likingother than that it was a nice aesthetic atmosphere with every type or sports you could watch. I'd go again. Read more

Absolutely fantastic! Fun, inviting atmosphere. Friendly wait staff. This is one of my favorite menus ever! The only negative is... that it's pricey. Thats the only thing keeping this from 5 stars. But that being said, you will not go away hungry! The food isincredible! I had a mountain of a burger (perfectly cooked) with tender, juicy brisket, a slab of bacon, gooey cheese and asmokey bbq. First time to this location, they have added more items on to the menu since my last visit to a Sickies Garage. Got the meatloaf... with mashed potatoes & gravy and coleslaw. Everything was very good. My wife took half of my meatloaf since it was so good. Thecoleslaw was very creamy and good. The potatoes and gravy were good also. The service was great,the bar tender very veryfriendly and helpful. The manager was very nice too. There is lots of neat decor through out the place and the indoor fire pitis real nice this time of year with it so cold outside. I was there at 2PM, not real busy at that time and the everyone seemedto be having a good time and enjoying the food, drinks and atmosphere. Will definitely go back. Read more
