Service here does take a lot longer than most others. Also most of the time their hamburgers are dry. Chicken however is good as... well as their corn dogs. Make sure to double check your order on the screen before continuing though Read more

Stayed patently at a drive up stall and received no response to pushing the red button after waiting 15 minutes we pulled up to... the drive thru thinking maybe the call screen was not working. Once we pulled up to the drive thru we got no response afterwaiting for for another 10 minutes patiently I walked around the front of the building and there I see workers inside doingnothing but standing around listening to music. The workers did manage to notice me looking through the front window and theywere quick to ask what I was doing so I asked if they were still serving. The stall we pulled into didn't have a working com system. The girl cleaning up outside didn't offer any help. Went to the next... stall and was finally able to place our order. But I had to go inside to pay because the POS wasn't working in that one. Itdidn't take that long to receive it and it wasn't all that great. The sandwiches were on the cold side and the tater tots wereover done.. The shakes were awesome though. They need to update their machines if they aren't going to have actual peopleoutside to take orders. Read more

Slowest drive thru's in drive thru history I swear...and it's not just one or two of them but all Sonic drive thru's are so... slow, and the food is not anything to hurry back for, tasted old and reheated (cold fries put back in to oil to reheat insteadof making fresh ones.) I've worked food service to long to pull that one on me. Not impressed with Sonic ever. Read more

Ordered thru doordash waited in the stall for 20 mins. Decided to call and they said they would bring it out 15 mins later still... didn?t have my food decided to drive to the window and she has the rudest attitude about it ever. Worst place in Omaha. Read more

I went through the drive thru and first I could hear the person taking my order. She came out of the restaurant and came to the... drive thru lane and took my order her attitude was not professional. I still had trouble hearing her. I ordered a BLT Toastercombo. I understand there was orders ahead of me, but when I got to the window 10mins plus. I was disappointed in my order.Employees were standing around. I ordered tots and got very cold fries. My BLT was not much better. The toast was cold andsoggy, bacon was burnt and cold. The only bright spot was my lettuce and tomato was spot on. I don't think I'll be stopping atthis location. Read more

I previously gave this spot a 1 star review. That was about a year ago. This weekend, I gave it another shot because I was dying... of thirst. This Sonic was redeemed by one singular employee. Weti is a car hop here and he's amazing. This man remembered me, atruly forgettable human, and aa random question we had about what syrups were sugar free (because I'm diabetic) and when we cameback the following day for lunch, he made sure to check the list of flavors to confirm for me which were sugar free. I couldhave looked it up online, or sent an email, or just made sure I had more insulin, but, this man went out of his way to answer aday old question for me and that alone has redeemed this place. This is my new weekend lunch spot. Give this man more money. Hedeserves it. Read more
