430 on a Saturday afternoon. Three employees. Zero cars in the drive through, zero other customers. And the worst service I've... ever had at a Starbucks. It took ten minutes to get two simple drinks, and when I asked for the straw for the frap, little smartboy says, "they're right there," in a rude manner.
