430 on a Saturday afternoon. Three employees. Zero cars in the drive through, zero other customers. And the worst service I've... ever had at a Starbucks. It took ten minutes to get two simple drinks, and when I asked for the straw for the frap, little smartboy says, "they're right there," in a rude manner. Yeah, they're right there, BEHIND the counter. Seriously, head nothing elseto do but walk 4 feet and hand me a straw. Sorry for inconveniencing you, bud. Oh, and the flat white tastes scorched. Update your time. Why does it say you gusy are open till 8PM and it?s 6.30pm and you?re closed. Frustrating

I?ve given this Starbucks location several chances? my order was incorrect yet again. I ordered a chai tea latte with soy milk... and got who knows what I?m my cup. It wasn?t even good, tastes like watered down hot chocolate.. For it being almost $6 a cupI?d rather just make my own coffee at home at this point. Their drive thru needs work also.
