Food was good. Employees were kind, quick, and patient. Wonderful place to eat all around!
My wife and I walked in about 10 min after 8 pm on a Tuesday evening. 2 teenagers were cleaning the dining area. I asked if they... were still open, for it looked so dark inside and out. Dining room lights off, the Subway sign outside not lit up. One of themyelled "Mom" and a lady came out from the back. She did not look very happy that there were customers in the store. We askedagain if they were open. She said for about 15 more minutes. Well for one the sign on the front door did say their hours wereuntil 9 pm. We definately didn't feel welcome, I asked my wife if we should just go, but we were starving. The lady behind thecounter seemed very perturbed that we were present in her store. We had not eaten at a Subway in a very long time. Of course wehad questions about the menu. My wife likes Italian meats, so I asked about the sandwich that is on the TV commercials for therewere no banners or ads anywhere in the store showing that product. The lady replied with a short attitude, that she did not knowanything about it. Why spend millions of $ on advertising to then NOT promote the product in the store or have employeesunfamiliar with it. I ordered a Baja Steak & Jack. The only thing missing was they had no green peppers in their case. My wifeended up with the Supreme meats. We both liked our sandwiches. I am glad that our food was made in front of us, for I felt oursandwiches would of been savataged somehow based on the employees attitude. There was a definite lack of pleasure or customerservice towards us. As we went to leave, we could barely get out the door, for the empty garbage cans were in the way and thedoor to the receptacles open and blocking the exit. Just an unpleasant experience. Read more
Never again! Rude young black lady working there that has no respect for others! Called because i placed an order online to... pickup & they completely messed up my footlong sandwich, i asked them to credit me back & she laughed & said "we will onlycredit you for a 6inch sandwich) i asked to speak to the manager & you could hear them all in the background laughing & cussing, next second they hung up. how cheap is the owner to not pay for A/C in the nebraska summer? when i asked the man behind the counter he said the owner will... fix it when hes back from the bahamas. youre on vacation while your store is so hot the meats and cheese sweat in the frontcooler in front of customers? thats a health hazard. i will not be returning until this is fixed. absolutely inhospitable,hazardous and shameful. but luckily the service and employees attitudes were great and they were incredibly quick. I just went into the restaurant and said hello to an employee. She did not respond, did not make eye contact, did not... acknowledge my presence. I was the only person in the restaurant. I then asked how her day was and she slightly nodded her headand then turned from me and started doing something on the counter behind her. Maybe they're short on staff, I get that butthat's no excuse to display this sort of behavior. The last several times I came to this restaurant I had bad customer service.I'll not be returning to this location, I left without making a purchase considering the exceedingly rude behavior of theemployee. I try to steak and cheese protein bowl, which was good but not sure worth the extra bucks, especially when buying for three... people. They offer things like the melted sandwiches which are extra but supposedly have more cheese and the salads are now $2more or $3 but they don't chop them anymore and they're not very good otherwise I don't think if they are not chopped. I used toget them all the time chopped. I hope the new higher prices are because they are paying the employees better. They were thelowest paying chain before... ???????? Read more
