On 9/23/22 I ordered curbside pick up and clicked the button to them them know I was there. After 10mins of waiting I decided... to just go in to pick up my order. The girl that was working was very rude and told me she hasn't gotten to my order and to lookat the long line Infront of me. The lord definitely saved her from me jumping over that counter, I was heated but kept my cool.I go back to my car to figure out how I could get a refund and a customer brings me my order it was the wrong curbside pick uporder. Horrible service and horrible product. Ordered a delivery and it came as you see in the photos; burned melt sandwich, burned... pizza and grossly drenched in sauce sandwich. We also particularly requested napkins and we didn?t get 1 napkin. I called thestore and the lady/girl told me ?I didn?t know a melt can be burned.? She also asked that we call tomorrow, since ?the manageris not here to solve the problem?. This is not the first time we have issues with store. Read more
We pass through here on occasion. It seems nobody wants to really work at this store location. Either that or I'm not sure who's... doing the hiring but have never had great friendly service there. Employees always seem like they'd rather be somewhere else.Not friendly. Like they just want get you your sandwich and go away. Last time I had to ask the girl to please wash her handsafter touching money before she made my sandwich. This time the girl had a bunch of something in her hair... (dandruff perhaps)I felt bad and didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings, but it was alot (only reason I noticed is I was worried it was lice). Can?t miss the smell or location of this Subway inside Walmart. I loved how they had snacks such as pretzels and Icees. The Icee... machine wasn?t working though. :( Service and flavor is the same as your standalone Subway. During lunchtime seating may feel alittle bit crowded. Read more
Normal subway, no issues. The lady behind the counter was a bit snippy at first but got more friendly as the order proceeded.
Went in and yelled for the person but they just sat in the kitchen and watched YouTube.
