I typically have a less than stellar visit when I pick up subway for lunch. TODAY WAS DIFFERENT. A sandwich artist by the name... of Moosie was working the front BY HERSELF when I walked in. She was finishing up a rather large order when she addressed me andsaid she would be with me shortly. IMMEDIATELY 7 more people walked in and once she started my order she had a total of eightorders to finish. Moosie did not sweat. She staggered our orders and made sure to make progress on at least four sandwiches at atime. She was courtesy and spoke with every single customer. I definitely think Moosie could use more help during the lunchhour, but I can understand how she works by herself because she is a MACHINE!!!! Thanks Moosie! Read more

They don?t use the drive thru so you?ll have to go in to order. If you use the subway app to place your order ahead then don?t... expect it to be ready. I?ve ordered twice through the app now and when I arrived they hadn?t even started the order and I had tosit and wait another 30min after the ?order ready? time. Read more

Sat in the drive through, nobody answered. Pulled up to the window and waited for the employee to make a sandwich and when she... finally came over she said the drive through was closed and I had to come in. I left. At least put up a sign so your (former)customers know your drive through is closed. Totally unacceptable. Read more

I pulled up to the drive thru on a Sunday around lunch time. They asked me to wait, so I sat there and waited. Then 2 minutes... later the kid comes back on the intercom and says they're too busy with people inside to take drive thru orders. He asked me tojust come inside but i opted to leave instead. It was a pleasant experience. The staff were facing several obstacles that day, but they toughed it out and handled it with a... positive and professional attitude. The truck arrived late and they hadn't had time to unload it yet. As such, they were out ofseveral items people wanted to order. Additionally, they were short-staffed to the point they had to close the drive-thru. Oneof the staff they did have was a young man still in training. Despite all the obstacles, the manager pleasantly invited patronsto order inside, even knowing how much extra work it was going to be for her crew. I think there were 6-7 of us in line. Themanager was very patient with the trainee. It was her positive attitude that kept the customers appeased despite the long waitsand shortages. Not one customer got angry or left. I'm sure that once the new hire is fully trained and the items are stocked,there won't be long waits going forward. I've been at this location several times and everyone is always friendly and does agreat job getting orders correct, etc. The prices are also very reasonable. It runs about $10 less to feed myself and severalchildren compared to the fast food hamburger place across the street and it's way healthier. Read more

When my order arrived it was in a sealed bag i open the bag and my daughter notices a hair she pulls it and it just keeps coming... out. We called and the ?manager?, Trevor says he made the sandwiches and there wasnt a hair that i put a hair in their. I haveno reason to do that. When i have proof .
