Stopped for lunch and stood inside for a solid 5 mins and nobody came out to help me. I said "hello" a few times and even spoke... with a lady who was eating her food at a table and said she had been helped but had no idea where the staff had went. Food was quick and fresh. The guy working the counter was kind enough to let me know that the bread I asked for was not fresh... and suggested I choose another. I wasn't mad that it wasn't fresh, but I was happy that he took the effort to steer me to abetter option, making my experience much better. Read more
The place was jam packed when I went to pick up my online order. There is only 1 guy who is preparing sandwiches and one... cashier. They are out of veggie patties again but the online order order did let me add. My sandwich was supposed to be ready by12.20 PM and they started prepping it at about 12.40 PM which is 15 minutes after I got there. Read more
This was the worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had in my life. I am vegan and asked if any of the bread was egg free,... and I was met with complete hostility by the employees. They didn't go to check, just told me flat out no, even though theydidn't know. Ok, I'll get a salad instead. I end up with about a cup of mangled and wilted spinach in the bottom of a bowl, andnot a word from the employees. I said something about the lack of food in front of me, and she told me I can just go somewhereelse and threw my salad across the counter to me. Will never eat here again. Read more
