I was in the drive through late (probably 12:45am).when the car in front of me got there food they screamed ?thanks you ni**er.?... Undoubtedly a west Omaha high school kid trying to make his friends laugh (in his car). I pulled up to the window and it was 2African American women, one training the other. So polite making sure my order was correct. I can?t explain how impressive it isto be able to do your job after hearing someone scream that nonsense there way. My order was correct and delicious. I just wishI could hug the drive through workers tonight. They had every right to walk off, but those brave drive through workers keptgoing. I hope this location knows how lucky that are to have such strong women working in their drive through. Read more
Open at 2:35 AM, Taco Bell was the obvious choice for a late night snack. The drive thru staff was friendly and capable.
The people who worked 7/25 night shift should be fired? I ordered a nacho bell grande and 3 potato soft tacos and not only... received below acceptable food they were trying to push me out of the drive thru by giving me below average food!!!! Spent 20 minutes in line to be overcharged for 2 meals that were not even warm. Out of 6 tacos and 4 chips and cheese which is... simple enough, the only thing that was slightly warm was the nacho cheese dip. For 25 bucks ill be bringing my receipt andexpecting a full refund i literraly will take it as far as to demand someone be fired. Laziness is the only excuse. This was at1:15 am. There was also a sign on the order box which read sorry for the inconvenience out of bills that you would need card orexact change. Its too bad they didnt mention none of the menu items will be served with any quality. Everyone should bring yourcameras and temperature guns or thermometers to make sure these people are doing their job. Record them handing your food andopen it up put the temp gun or thermometer on and see if its even cooked for crying out loud. I feel ive been robbed for mymoney, punked out and tooken as a joke. Very disrespectful staff. Rude from the second I pulled up to the drive through. I was confused on one of the items on the board... and your staff was condescending and short with me the entire time. Then when I came to the next window to pay I could hear thestaff disrespecting me right next to the window. They were cursing and calling me names as if I couldn't hear them as they stoodright by the window. All of this came from me asking a question about your menue. After paying I was not given a receipt and hadto come here to leave my review with this location. I would recommend taking the drive to another location before visiting thisone. Read more
Ordered through door dash from this location in the evening during non busy hours. We live within minutes. I didn?t get the... sodas that came with my meals, the food was very cold, I asked for no cheese and of course all my tacos had cheese and we didn?tget the sauces we ordered. Not one sauce packet. We had already ordered through the drive thru in the past also not during busyhouse and they also didn't add all our items. Very poor establishment. Read more
Interesting they say they close at 3. I called them, was behind another person in the drive through. There were still two cars... at the location, I was assuming they were employees since they were ?closed?. The car in front of me and myself waited for awhile before I finally called and they told me they were ?closed?. I told them they had two people in the drive through and theygot on the speaker and told the customer in front of me they were closed. They never get order?s right and never answer their phone. Taco?s are bad and taste like sugar for some reason.
