my favorite taco bell in the omaha area. the staff are usually helpful depending on when you go. i?ve only experienced the lunch... rush and sometimes it can become hectic. i recommend using the touch screens as you will get your food faster. also use thetouch screens if you have a specific order/picky on toppings like me. Got the breakfast bell box. Ordered iced coffee with each of 2 boxes. One coffee was almost the color of milk and the other was... so dark nothing but coffee no flavor in it. Both coffees had no ice and were room temperature. Would not go back. Got upchargedfor the iced coffee. What a rip off!!!!! Read more

This location in particular is very good. One of the best. Always pumped up to serve their customers. Yesterday my order got... delayed for few mins and they just added something more to compensate for it. Lot of options and combos to choose from. Theplace is clean. I would go here more often.
