One of the quicker locations in Omaha. Prompt even when busy. Food is correct and service is friendly and attentive. We will... drive a little further to go to this location than the one closer to our home because they are quicker and more attentive withtheir service. Read more
I came here on a Friday night and I saw a guy walk outside thinking he was taking orders because the machine wasn't working... (totally fine) but after waiting 30 minutes, I finally got to the place to order and there was a sign saying they were closingearly. My guess is that same guy came out and put that out there. I was still waiting that WHOLE time. Their employees didn'thave the common decency to walk to each car and let them know instead of letting everyone waiting 30+ minutes to find out no onecan order because you closed earlier than suppose to. SUPER dissatisfied with this Taco Bell and their employees lack ofcommunication. Read more
After working a 16 hour shift I waited in line 30 min without moving and they closed and shut me down. Started in line at 12:15... am and closed at 1am. Saturday Overnight Manger/employee was extremely rude. I will never come back here ever again based onthis experience. Loyal customer lost. Read more
First off, the lady taking our order was very rude and needs to learn how to listen to the full order. Several things were... missing from our combos, and the preparation of our burritos was horrendous. We were as nice as we could be because we used tobe fast food employees so we understand the struggle, but the behavior we had to experience was unwarranted and unwanted. Worstof all, my boyfriend's tacos almost made him throw up and he found a hair in his burrito. Under no circumstance is this kind ofservice ever helpful to anyone, yet the fact that we just had to deal with it just shows how far down this location has gone. Read more
The food was good even though they shorted us one of our meals. Make sure you always double check before driving off.
Was as expected. Portions were good. Some locations seem to skimp a little. Staff seemed nice and the food was fairly quick.... Ordering quesadilla with no sauce takes a bit longer. Read more
We went to this taco bell 5/9 at 7:20pm. Only a couple cars in the parking lot so they werent busy. If I could give ZERO stars,... I would!! We drive up to the drive through speaker and never had anyone answer. I drive up to the drive through window and noone came to it. I FINALLY called the store and asked if anyone was working in there and the lady hung up on me. The Manager(assuming) came to the window finally and said "sorry, I didn't see you there. I said..."I was at the drive thru speaker too ANDcalled and got hung up on". Ended up driving off. Apparently whatever was going on inside there was WAY more important thananything outside. Read more
Go in and was told we have to order of kiosk front end lady decides to sit down and take her break while smiling at 2 groups of... people waiting 20 min for food. The worst service team member possible. As she gets done with her break she decides to take evenmore time for her break. I will never visit this area again due to her lack of interest in the customers. Now worker has been inthe restroom 20 more minutes. Read more
