Usually I have an alright time at this Taco Bell but idk if I want to go back after today. I was given old tacos that had... clearly been out for a while. They were soggy, cold, and inedible. They gave us the wrong burrito. The staff didn?t ask us if wewanted sauce, didn?t give us napkins, or our receipt. They also wouldn?t have given me my drink if my mom hadn?t gotten theattention of the folks in the drive-thru. The staff in the drive-thru barely even acknowledged us the entire time because theywere too busy chatting with each other. When I called to have this resolved they didn?t have much of a solution on how to fixthis. Such a bummer and a waste of money. Read more

So last few days they've said they can't take anything but cash and their excuse is we're using 90s equipment. They're a... corporate franchise wouldn't your parent company make sure you don't lose customers and profit. Also the staff is just actingweird, this place used to be good, what's going on here. This location is very hit or miss, but leans on the side of hit most of the time. They aren't typically open at 7am because not... many people show up on time, but I have always been able to get in at 8am. I'd give it an 80-85%, simply because the food isamazing when they do it right, but I can't say it's always done right. Staff is super friendly and helpful though if things aredone wrong! Also the late night drive thru is slow at times, but usually spot on. Read more

Went through drive through. Took them forever to even take my order. Then forever to get my food when I was the only person I.... The drive through. ALSO, could smell this nasty smell from MY CAR outside of the building but it was obviously from the kitchen.Will never be coming back to this location. I didn?t even eat my food. I went somewhere else and got something different becausethe smell was so rotten and the service was so bad. Read more

I used the Taco Bell app to order my lunch at this store, but my order never showed up on their computer system. I showed the... clerk my order on my phone and double checked the address... It was correct. I had to pay for my food TWICE! I used thecomment/contact us links in the app but never got a response despite requesting one. A day or two later I used the websitecontact us section to send the same complaint and request for a refund and STILL haven't heard from the company. I'm NEVER goingto Taco Bell again. Read more

I ordered on the Taco Bell app for the first time. I checked in when I arrived. Once inside, the manager told me I hadn't paid... yet. So I went thru the process again. Unfortunately the manager was wrong and I got charged twice. He refused to refund me themoney. He told me I had to contact the Taco Bell app. No customer service at all, let alone a their was a language barrier. TheDouble Steak Grilled Cheese burrito was good, Mango Whip freeze left something to be desired. Read more
