Not what I expected. The staff was pleasant and speedy, however the food was not good at all. I have a place back home similar... with Taco Burgers as well, and these weren?t good at All! I ordered a #8 combo and they only put a burrito in the bag. No taco! This has happened more than once too.

I usually don?t leave reviews but my experience was exceptionally bad. I typically order on the app and choose to pick up... through the drive-thru. When I went today, they told me ?you have to get it inside, sweetie? in a condescending tone. I pulledaround and waited for a bit so they could finish the order. When I went in to pick it up, my little brother and I were glared atand given attitude. When we got home, we realized that both of our orders were wrong. I work in food service and never in mylife would I treat a customer that way, especially when they did nothing wrong. I will now go out of my way to choose adifferent location. All of these reviews have a common factor, and it?s the rude staff. I can only hope that someone inmanagement takes action. Read more

I called today to see if they were open and the African American lady answered with an attitude and said they were open and then... hung up on me in the middle of me talking. When I called back to get my 2nd question answered and address the rudeness shestarted screaming at me. The manager made the excuse that it was a long day. How could Taco John's be so hard? Went to Taco Johns @ 168th and Dodge last night. Conner waited on us and was extremely friendly. Order came out quickly. Food... was as ordered. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. It was nice to find a restaurant that was open forin-door seating. Read more
New packets of hot sauce are absolutely disgusting! Your old sauce and taco seasoning is what makes taco johns different. After... putting the new sauce on my taco and taking a bite I threw my taco away. Switch back to the old sauce. I will not go to yourrestaurants again until you switch back.
