I went out of my way to go to the 156th and q location because the dodge street one isn't good. Today they made a mistake on my... order. The manager was awesome and made me remember why I loved taco John's the first time. Best chicken burrito!! Read more
Food and service were great at this location like usual. Reason for one star is the new hot sauce is absolutely horrible,... wrecked my meal. One of the main reasons I love TJ is the hot sauce and hot sauce bar. Go back to old recipe now! Read more
Just bought an order of the new "chicken fingers" which should be re-classified as "popcorn chicken." I cannot believe they... think charging $6.59 for this is acceptable. I don't plan on visiting Taco Johns ever again. Read more
I guess I should admit that I am a Taco John's junkie so this is hard to write. The first and second time I came to this... location everything was great. The third and now forth time were a bit disappointing for one simple reason. The tacos were justcold. I mean straight off the serving tray (dine in) cold tacos. In my opinion they were overstuffed with cold lettuce and hadbarely any cheese or meat in them. There isn't any problem with the flavor or freshness of the food. The employees have all beengreat. I sincerely hope they can fix this issue. Read more
Visited this location in the drive-thru. Staff was short and obviously was annoyed to even take my order. All six tacos looked... as shown in photo. Potato oles had been put back in fryer and recooked. (Told that by employee bc I asked for no seasoning onthem. Rest of order showed a lack of care or a lack of training by management. When calling to talk about the situation withmanager on duty. Was told "If i was looking for better customer service. I shouldn't dine at a fast food restaurant." I will notbe back to this location. The tacos and burritos are actually filled for a good appetite. Other locations put a lot of lettuce as a filler. I come to this... place no matter where I am in the Omaha area . Read more
