If we could give another star. We would. The wine is incredible. We had the waygu skirt steak and the duck. It was cooked to... perfection and taste like heaven. The atmosphere is intimate and perfect for get togethers with the ladies or date nights.Dessert was unconventional and out of this world. Please stop in to this place. 1st class dining! Excellent service, classy & modern ambience and the food was amazing. We visited The Boiler Room for a date... night and left very impressed. Our first experience with steak tartare and definitely won't be our last. We both agreed it maybe one of the best appetizers we've had. Both meals were prepared perfectly. We will definitely be back! Every time I eat there, the food is absolutely exquisite and the drinks are incredible. Last night was by far the best... experience I've had there yet! They had some of the best dinner and dessert items to date, and when my fiance proposed, theserver and pastry chef were so wonderful and covered our dessert and champagne! When I tell you this is the BEST meal we’ve ever had, I do not exaggerate. From the appetizer to the steak to the swordfish,... it was absolutely divine. Had a new to us beer & amazing hot tea from a local vendor which I adore. We look forward to makingthis a weekly dining experience as their menu changes weekly. The excellent entrees, the delicious food, the drinks on point, full of creativity and touches that make them different. The... menu is not very extensive, but fair and adequate as it should be, with enough variety to choose from, without having too manyto overwhelm. The atmosphere was relaxed and elegant, with pleasant lounge music playing in the background, the waitress wasattentive and fast, with a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. From the reception the attentions were excellent, we were incelebration of our birthday and they took the gesture to put a printed greeting on each menu. The place is a bit hidden fromthe bustle of downtown, but that is what makes it so unique and interesting. It's definitely not a cheap place, but it'stotally worth indulging yourself once in a while. The Boiler Room, where do I begin? It is truly the embodiment of everything I adore about Old Market Omaha. Only in the... neighborhood of cobblestone streets and repurposed warehouses could you find a restaurant so effortlessly charming. This isn’tone of those modern monstrosities. It’s determinedly romantic with its exposed ceilings, rusty aesthetic, uneven brick walls,beautiful glassware, soft candlelight, and abstract art. I have no notes for improvement, everything from the complex flavorprofile, the service, and the atmosphere was sheer perfection. An absolute must if you visit Omaha Old Market. Read more
