I have visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe several times and each time has been delightful. I love a smoothie in the morning, but... don't care for the pre-mixed kind sold by fast food restaurants and gas stations. I stumbled across Tropical Smoothie while inthe area on another errand and was super impressed with the quality. It's obvious the smoothies are made fresh when ordered andI love that I can add some B12 to get my morning started off with a little pep in my step. I, personally, think that for thequality and quantity of their smoothies, the price is spectacular. I have also tried one of their breakfast wraps and stopped byand got a turkey sandwich for lunch. The food was fresh, simple, and prepared quickly and accurately. The staff is alwaysfriendly, but I particularly like the woman I believe to be the owner and/or manager as she is simply delightful. I've been to quite a few of these places around the country, but this one has had the best service so far. Everyone I've met... here is very kind. Also, pro tip - get the Bahama Mama without the turbinado and get a sugar substitute instead. To die forwithout the extra calories! Read more
I ordered from Tropical Smoothie Cafe and DoorDash cancelled my order on their end. The assistant manager (Kaitlyn..? Not sure... how to spell it) was so sweet and handled the entire thing so professionally. She remade all of my food for me and handdelivered it to me at work. This place far exceeded expectations. We tried it once and had their smoothies. Yes, I waited a little bit in the drive through,... however, they are mixing up fresh smoothies so that is as expected. We just tried it again today and got their wraps. They weredelish! We ordered on the app ahead of time for a quick pick-up. The staff was very nice and we will definitely be trying moreof their menu. I placed an order online and drove 20 minutes to pick it up after working out just to arrive to the location and no one being... there despite the posted hours stating there should be someone. The folks at corporate were kind enough to initiate a refundfor me and were very easy to work with... For that I am appreciative Based on other reviews, it looks like other customers haveexperienced this as well and there is a serious management issue at play. @Tropical Smoothie Management, it would be great toknow how you plan to address this issue for future customers and to ensure this location does not go under. I really enjoy your smoothies; however the last 3 mornings I have stopped by, waited in the drive thru, and the man who works... opening shift never takes my order. I see him in there just standing around, but he isn't actually working. Maybe have a talkwith him and let him know if your store says they open at 7am, then he needs to open at 7am and take orders. Any other time Ihave gone the kids working have been great and no complaints about anything. Read more
The girl behind the counter was all by herself with the church rush coming in hard. Apparently two people had called in. She... was struggling but did a great job despite taking care of close to 20 people all alone. She handled herself very well and didntseem too stressed out. Good work! Read more
