Ordered pizza, lasagna and breadsticks a few days ago. After partially eating our food, we noticed that the lasagna had green in... a good portion of the noodles, and the meat. Called the next day, we were told the food was made fresh, and told the managerwould call us. Never received a call, and we did get sick. Never again will order!!!! Read more

Pizza is always amazing, but every single time we call to order they say their fryer is down for wings. We will call 2 hours... before close on a week day or weekend and every time we want wings they tell us they just got done cleaning the fryer and can?tthem. Doesn?t matter what time of day, I am still waiting to try these so called wings that are supposed to be amazing. Read more

I went in at 2:30 in the afternoon for a single slice of pizza. No single slices available at that time. I had to order one. It... was small, but about ten dollars. The sauce surprised me, being overly sweet and not much sausage on my sausage pizza. Thestaff was delightful! I just won't be back during the in-between times. Read more

No broasted chicken 2 hours before closing....bummer. But the pizza and bread sticks were good as they always are.

Valentino's is a favorite from my childhood, and I sometimes like to grab a tray of lasagna when passing through Omaha. I placed... a takeout order earlier today for lasagna, and also added three jars of Valentino's spaghetti sauce to my order (it's great tojazz up leftovers from other restaurants that have turned bland in the fridge). Shortly after placing my order, we received acall that they were out of spaghetti sauce. Disappointing since I don't have a Valentino's near me, but I was still lookingforward to my lasagna. Imagine my surprise when my husband emerged from the restaurant holding our lasagna... AND THREE JARS OFSPAGHETTI SAUCE! A gentleman who was working today ran to another Valentino's to procure it just for me. Totally unexpected andseriously made my day. The lasagna was delicious too. Thank you, thank you, thank you! In Omaha from SD and my son saw a Valentinos. We haven't eaten at a Valentinos since the Sioux Falls location closed years ago.... Disappointing that there isn't a buffet anymore, but, we ordered take out and it was just as delicious as we remember. Servicewas fantastic and the lady at the counter (receipt says Ernestine) was incredible at her job and her people skills are on point.Thank you for a delicious and nostalgic meal! 6/9/2022 Update: Passed through for a 2nd time and visited again and the food waseven better and the Service from Ernestine at the counter was spot on.
