When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised. The decor was nice and fresh, friendly service, and really good food. The pancakes... was just like the former Village Inns. I was told this is a corporate restaurant. So glad they finally opened. I would highlyrecommend. Read more
This place is wonderful, a heck of a lot better than the old one! They serve alcoholic drinks, coffee's and of course sodas and... other drinks!!! The food is amazing, I had pancakes, their breakfast potatoes, bacon and an english muffin!!! Lol ?? Read more
We visited here for the first time since the renovation, very impressed with all the work they did. Definitely gave it a new... modern, clean look. We late on a Saturday morning, so as expected it was pretty busy. We didn’t have a wait for two since wewere okay sitting at the high top tables. Servers were great, handled the overload of people well. The food wasn’t anythingspectacular but no complaints. Glad to see it back open and running well!! Will definitely come back sometime. Had not been to VI in a while... This location had a complete make over inside and out! It looks so nice and modern! I... usually love nostalgia..but this new look is beautiful. The staff was very kind,friendly and efficient... food was stillgood,smaller portions but perfect for me. Read more

Heard this was a revamped store that is a new prototype for the village inn models. It's a very clean and modern space.... Everything was pristine. There was staff everywhere as they are trying to train up. I'd recommend the chicken fried steak(often called the cfs) which is commonly a village inn best seller. 5 star The breakfast burrito was also quite large and good.5 star I personally didn't prefer the acai bowl (there was something about the texture of the acai for me). When the server sawthat I didn't really eat it, she asked and offered to take it off the bill. Two managers came over to check to see how theycould improve. So if you don't like something, they will fix it. I will say the fruits seemed very fresh. The avocado toast thatcame with the acai bowl was a bit of a mess to eat though, but aside from it tasted fine. I'd give it a 3.5 Parking isavailable for free in a medium sized lot. Read more
Waited a while to get seated. 2 servers peaked out from the back at the three groups waiting to get seated. No one said good... morning or we will be right with you or anything. Just jumped back into the kitchen. Like they were scared of us. Host came upand started making small talk about the remodel like he wasn’t sure what to do. We all just wanted to get seated. Waited awhile for a server. She didn’t seem to know how to work the machine to input my order. Awkward time waiting on her to figureit out. She just stood there. Turns out she didn’t know what she was doing. Ordered didn’t come out complete. Had to explainI didn’t get my eggs. After that the server never came back to ask how my food was. Hash browns tasted funny like a oilychemical. Never did get my eggs. I think my server forgot to order them because it was a add-on on the check. It was supposed tobe included in the VIP breakfast. She did come back and dropped the check before I got all my food. lol. I finished everythingthen as I’m walking up to pay the eggs are coming out. She said the cook broke the yokes and had to start over. Likely story.Then as I pay the check it’s automatically giving me options of 15-20-25% tip. Mediocre food and poor service. Remodel is nice. Very slow service. Waited along time for food, came out very cold. Nothing like cold gravy, yuck! Server... forgot some of our food, we had to ask for it. Had to ask for refills twice before they were filled. Someone at our tablewanted to add to their order but due to our server disappearing for quite sometime, we never were able to to our order beforeour food finally came out. The manager (I'm assuming manager) walked by our table and saw our empty glasses 3x, and neveroffered to grab our waitress or refill our drinks. Disappointing experience. Read more
