Great staff and wonderful service. That burger was delicious and plenty of TVs to watch all of my teams at once.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. I was looking for a place to have my graduation party. Several local bars didn't... even call me back. When I called Waterfall, they told me the person who schedules things in the party room was gone for the day,but if I sent a message on Facebook, they would get back to me on there faster. So I sent a message, within the hour theycontacted me and got my party on the schedule. They checked in with me periodically leading up to the event and were veryprofessional. the food options for the room were great prices and there was a good variety. I had roughly 35 people show up andwe had plenty of food for everyone. Our servers name was Amber, she was so sweet and was very fast and personable. the food camewith an automatic gratuity that went directly to the kitchen, which is wonderful and well deserved. The service was fantastic! The server (who was also the bartender) took our order quickly and was so nice! The food was great,... and there are lots if tvs so you can watch a game in any direction. We will go back if ever in the area again! Read more
Went there on Thursday. Waited at the bar to place a drink order and play Keno for 10 minutes, no service. Then I moved to the... end of the bar and tried multiple times to flag down the bartender. Waited 15 minutes and then another customer she knew calledher over next to me. She served them and placed their Keno bets then walked away ignoring me. She was probably in her 50s withblonde hair. The waitress that came to our table apologized for what happened and said she would tell the manager. I'm prettysure it was the bar manager who did this. I've had similar experiences here before. Stopped in with my wife for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Good location, adequate seating and plenty of TVs. The service from... our waiter was OK, but that was the hilight of the trip. It took 30 minutes from ordering to receive two very simple meals in anearly empty bar. My Southwest Chicken wrap was dry, bland and tasteless. Seriously, black bean and corn salsa is actually meantto be SALSA, not just corn and blackbeans thrown in the tortilla. Onion rings were par for the course.
