Went through the drive through. Ordered a taco salad. Was informed that they don't have salads today. Ok, fine. So I order a... grilled chicken sandwich combo. Get to the window. Pay almost 11 dollars. Get my food. Made the mistake of not checking before Ileft. Get home. Open things up to find I got a bacon double cheeseburger. The cashier couldn't speak or understand English so the people have to wait for the gal from drive thru to come help all while... others were standing around watching instead of helping. And the fries were soggy. Read more
Slooooow drive-thru. Food is usually fresh and the fries are really good, but you may pass out from hunger before you get your... food. Definitely don't pop into the drive-thru if you have somewhere to be, like going back to work. Read more
Waited in line for 5 minutes while the cashier chatted with another coworker. Instead of helping me she told me to wait a... minute. The workers only speak Spanish and have a non English speaker running a register. Read more
Did mobile order but they were missing a lot of items to full-fill. Was told I wouldn?t be charged but still was even after... cancelling my order. Called in and was told my card would be refunded. 2 weeks later still no refund. Called in again and spokewith the ?district manager? was told I would be receiving a check in the mail as they can?t refund cards?. Never received saidcheck. Won?t be spending another penny at Wendy?s until I get my $30 back. Read more
They have really improved their food quality. This is a place that I swore off years ago I would never eat at again. Nice to see... they've made some good changes. Food is pretty tasty and you always seem to get it hot. Read more

I had lost my voice when I went in the other day, and the kiosk was down, so I used a whiteboard (laminated paper for temp... notes) to place my order. The guy that took my order marked it as for "D", and the gal that brought it up to the counter caughtmy attention without calling my letter.
