My first time at the Millard location. The restaurant was super clean. When the fast and friendly employees aren't taking... orders, they are cleaning tables, the beverage center, etc. Atmosphere was very inviting. Service is always mediocre, and the wings are nothing special. Tonight was extra cr@ppy. Ordered dinner for my family, the... online cart showed 45 - 51 minutes. It's now been an hour and half. Check my email, and there's no receipt. I have beencharged twice for the order according to my credit card. Tried calling twice, no answer. Guess I'll find out in a couple daysif the payments complete. If so, Wingstop will be dealing with a couple of credit card disputes, because as of now I still haveno food, no call back, and no answer to my phone calls. Read more

Ordered Wingstop carry out and my food was fresh and wonderful! I wanted to try the chicken sandwich! I couldn?t decide what... flavor to get so I ended up getting two and cut them in half and saved the rest. Lol I got the Mild and the Korean BBQ. Theywere both excellent! My favorite was the Korean BBQ. That sauce is super good! Of course I got their fries which are alwaysawesome, and their ranch is top tier. Glad I chose this for lunch! This is a long post and it?s a long story, but I need to warn others. I don?t think you can support this businesses at this... time. I would like to order from them in the future, but it might be a while. Buffalo wings and rings or Buffalo Wild Wings aregoing to be more up my ally in the future. I came into the store on July 29th. I ordered at the counter and I waited for myfood. It was a busy night. I noticed a male employee who was not being helpful to the other employees around him. Eventually hestarted saying disgusting phrases like, ?if you can?t take the heat, you should leave.? To a female employee. He refused to tohelp her at the front-counter because he was too busy in the kitchen, despite she was the shift lead. This harassment continueduntil the woman had enough and left out the back door. The man started cursing loudly. I was told my wings would take another 45minutes to be ready from a front-line employee. I told them I didn?t want to wait as the male employee was becoming louder andmore belligerent. they said they would refund me and I asked for a manager call back. But wait?it gets better? I never got amanager to call me back and I had not gotten my refund. I called the store early in the morning about a week later. I tried todo it before the lunch rush. A male employee picks up. He said the employee no longer worked there and he was sorry. He said hewould have a manager call me back later to get my refund processed. I thought that was the end of it. But wait?it getsbetter? Tonight I call the store around 4pm, Tuesday August 16th. I still don?t have my refund. I call explaining my situation.The employee hands the phone to the manager on duty. She says I can come in or give her my card number over the phone. Thinkingthe employee was let go, I told her I would come there tonight. I ordered some wings. I am giving a 3, because flavor of lemon pepper still fabulous... However, this is an order of thigh pieces & there was barely... any pieces with actual chicken. The large pieces deceiveing as all breading...added 2nd picture to show lack of chicken. ShouldI have ordered the boneless wings or tenders to get more pieces with actual chicken? Normally, when I've ordered in the pastgenerous chicken pieces with actual chicken. Not the usual for WingStop to be mainly breading. Read more
Among the best wings in Omaha! Also the voodoo fries were soo good too, their fries are so good they'd even be good cold and... soggy. I only order a few times a year so every meal with them is that much better! Never disappoints! Read more
