We went there on Saturday. The worker came out of the backroom and put gloves on. He totally skipped the washing of hands even... though there's a sign up saying wash your hands when returning to work. 3x I said to him wash your hands & he just looked at me.Got home and my sub tasted awful so threw it away. The Manager was ABSOLUTELY Degrading to the technician that arrived to service the oven while we were In line ordering. She... Blatantly Degradded him in front of 4 customers Multiple Times!! The Subway in Omro is awful. The curbside pick up is a joke. This is the second time I ordered online for curbside pick and had... to go in to get my order. Then get home and the order is wrong! It was a horrible experience. We ordered through the app and put our order thru. The 3 subs were supposed to be done by 12:10.... We got there to pick it up and she hadn't even started it. When I noticed that one of the subs was wrong, all she said was thatit was what was on the slip. When I tried to get her to fix it, she just kept making it with everything wrong. Fast friendly service. I was texting my friend while placing my order so the girl had 2 subs working at once. She didn't get... upset that I had to wait for text replies to some of her questions. A real no hassle experience. I will go back there again. Read more
I don't know what the night staff does it doesnt do for that matter. The girl that is usually there is rude most of the time,... her mask is always under her chin without a hat. Usually out of bread by 6pm. I came in one night for a few sub's and the younglady and gentleman working were sitting in the back, which is fine. They came out I asked for 3 foot longs on white bread. Shesaid "you can have wheat or herb and cheese" I asked oh you don't have white bread she rolled her eyes and replied "I just that" I got my sub's and proceeded. I came in the next day, the young lady's i spoke to, one said she was manager, apologized andgave me a discount and a free sub for my troubles the previous night. Not very busy. Very small restaurant inside a crowded cluttered gas station. 4-5 tables to eat at. Worker was honest and rang... up my order in a way that would save me money (instead of 2-6 inch meals, rang up a footlong meal plus extra chips/soda?etc) sothat was nice. Like honesty.
