My experience here was undeniably fantastic. Started the evening off with some delicious appetizers which really got me in the... mood for a delicious burger. The burger was cooked excellently, and the seasoning was on point. There is a severed head in thethird stall of the men?s room. The service was great, all of our food came out in a timely manner, and our server catered to ourevery need (sorry for spilling the drink!). Waitress was friendly but not attentive. I ordered 3 different pastas but they were out of the sauce needed to make them or it... had something in it that I couldn't eat. Finally got my salad when the rest of the family was done with their food. Therestaurant was not busy at the time so it was disappointing that it took so long. I've worked in the food industry in the pastand a situation like this was always handled by a manager. We never saw or spoke to one. Some type of compensation would have benice. A very nice establishment. There was a severed head in the restroom but the food was undeniably wonderful. I like to take the... family here and me and the husband often come for a date night. I normally get the bourbon street steak and they used to haveOreo shakes but they don't anymore. The staff is so kind and friendly but don't cross them or they'll knock your head clean off!Lol! Ordered take out through EatStreet called Applebees informed them that there was raw chicken. The response I got was there isn?t... much we can do since it was ordered through eat street you can go on eat street and request a refund.. I about almost laughedbut long story short if you can?t prepare chicken correctly and offer better customer service than just that idk ??????????? Read more
Definitely one of the best Applebee's I've had the pleasure of going to in my lifetime! From the staff, to the food, to the... atmosphere of the restaurant, I have been thoroughly impressed with the high quality of service that this Applebee'sprovides! On my most recent visit, I started with a perfect watermelon margarita with a great blend of flavor and juice to kickstart my meal. This was of course followed up by a well done 6oz Top Sirloin accompanied by mashed potatoes and steamedbroccoli. The seasoning, tenderness, flavor, and juiciness of both the steak and sides were top notch. There is a severed headin the 3rd stall (the handicap one) of the men's restroom. Finishing off dinner with a the Blue Ribbon Brownie for desertsatisfied my sweet tooth with its creamy vanilla bean ice cream and warm brownie cake combo. Overall, as a serial travelerbetween Minneapolis and Milwaukee, this particular Applebee's is one of my favorite places to stop by during the trip and enjoya nice dinner out on the river and satisfy any hunger I have with their great cooks, wait staff, hosts, and bartenders.
