Love my coffee, so I thought I'd try something new today. Kwik Trips there are plenty in La Crosse, and I love my Kona Dark... refills, but I'm also always up for trying something different. The coffee was fine, but as some of the other reviewssuggest...the wait time was pretty bad. I did wait a good 15 minutes at least with only three cars ahead of me, and all I waslooking for was a dark roast. But at $3.50 for a large, and then $1.50 tip...I think next time I'll just go to Kwik Trip acrossthe street and get my refill for $1.25. And to be honest...I think the Kona Dark tastes better too. I noticed they do offerother things on their menu, but I wasn't looking for food or cream or sugar boosts. So maybe there's just a different audiencefor this spot. Also...I didn't notice indoor dining. Just a drive thru, and a window to walk up to. It was alright...notbad...just alright. Read more
Was a pretty long wait time after I ordered. Only got a cold drink n was over 20 mins.
This has been my go to coffee shop for the last 5 years. The staff was friendly, coffee was always great and it was quick. In... the last 6 or 7 months, things have changed so drastically. The staff has all changed (as far as I've seen) and the new membersare just cold, bordering on rude. It has definitely made a difference in where I chose to go on a regular basis. The last twotimes I've gone, I've burnt myself on the coffee. As a constant coffee drinker, I expect it to be hot. I don't expect it toactually burn my tongue and leave it sore till the next day. I mentioned it the first time, to be told they must have hit theextra hot button. Twice in a row tells me they're either being careless or something has changed. Not sure I'll be back for awhile. I'm a fan of Caribou, however, the wait times at this location are terrible, regardless if you walk in or use drive-thru. It is... always a 20+ minute wait. Often, there are only one or two cars ahead of me and the parking lot is close to empty. Iappreciate baristas as I know the job they do, yet I don't understand how the wait is so long when there are two people in lineand barely any customers physically in the store. If I want Caribou, I know I need to get up at least 20-30 minutes early forwork so I can get the coffee and to work on time. Sadly, I have stopped going to this location due to this reason. Skip thisline and go to another coffee shop if you are wanting fast. tasty, and reliable coffee, especially in a pinch. The new Scootersis pretty timely! Read more
Very nice place. It was late so I decaf coffee with a friend. Coffee was good didn't even taste like decaf. The place has lots... of room to sit and many tables. They also have a lot of delicious looking baked goods. Life is very clean and the staff was veryfriendly. It's a very warming inviting environment. Read more
