The employees were so so so kind!!! I know Chick-fil-a employees are always (normally) nice, but today (11/23) was EXTRA... amazing!!!! Truly, my boyfriend and I walked out of there with smiles on our faces. It was such a good experience. Shoutout tothe two guy cashiers (I unfortunately don?t know your names?), but you two were wonderful! Even during rush hour (11:45a) theemployees did their best to provide excellent service. My husband and I tried for the first time at this location and were pretty disappointed. The food was fresh and hot but had no... flavor and no seasoning. it definitely wasn?t worth the money for just two chicken sandwiches and fries. We won?t don?t plan ongoing back but the staff was wonderful, they were all super happy, outgoing, and polite! Read more
I loved everything but the dollar chicken fillet. It was dry. Other than that, it was a good experience. We actually went on a... rainy day and there were a lot of cars, but it was worth the wait. Of course, there were also crazy people in the drive-thruwith is that were rude and didn't wait their turn. The workers were very professional and super fast. We got our food after atwenty minute wait, like I said, it was still super busy. The lines were ridiculous. But, you'll have that in a city that hardlyupdates the restaurants. Read more
It was very busy in the drive thru, we opted to dine in. There were 2 younger men helping in the busy dining room, both... pleasant. I will say, after finding out his name, Josh is an impressive worker. His fun demeanor, while multitasking on such abusy Thursday makes one want to come back. I have worked in the food industry for over 20 years. It was such a pleasure to havea guy joke with you and your family, treat you like you've known each other....but are just a stranger, a random customer. I'm a huge fan of chick-fil-a. Today was the first time I was disappointed. The spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese I... ordered came with the American cheese that was supposed to be on the non spicy chicken sandwich. My frosted coffee tasted likejust plain coffee instead of with the ice cream that it's normally made with. I know this is a new location. I am still a hugefan but wish more attention would be paid the next time we visit. Read more
The place was packed after being open for a little over a week. So I had to wait 30 minutes to order my food but when I ordered.... It was at my table in 5 minutes flat. Which is awesome with how many people were there. The customer service was great andfriendly. The food was of good quality maybe a little bit too expensive. But overall the chicken sandwich, waffle fries, andchocolate shake are good and the Chick-fil-A sauce is awesome. I would totally come back again. Read more

The food was excellent. Our sandwiches were so juicy and full of flavor. The sauce was mmmm. They forgot our drinks but we had... some waters leftover on the car so we just kept heading home. They were so busy and it was freezing ???? outside. The kid whotook our order helped us figure out what we would like since it was our 1st time ever being to this restaurant.
