Put in a future order for the food to be delivered 3 days out and received an email notification confirming the order and... everything. About an hour later that same day, we receive a call that our food has arrived..... We then get blamed from staffand the manager because they are unable to see the future delivery date and time that is noted at the end of their receipts.They continue to scold us that they don't like future delivery orders and tell us that we need to call them to place these typesof orders. Well, just wanted to note that the website needs to tell us to call the store for future delivery orders. There'snothing noted anywhere on the website about this. Please do not blame your customers when you have an online ordering systemthat does not work well for you. This would not be anyone's fault but the restaurant's. Even though they worked it out with usand was able to continue sending our order at the correct date and time, please check your staff and managers, because they didnot notice how rude they came off. Update: They saw this review and we did receive a call the following day. They apologizedfor they way they reacted to us. Ate a many as a fireman (boiler) & UWL. JUST finally took sweetheart there, and I was so glad they are still so great! Cold... cut versions ( my favs) are Subway priced, BUT far better. She ate a St Louis BBQ and found it was unique, yet pleasant. Read more

I've been going here for years and got my husband hooked on it a few years back. The curbside delivery is much appreciated... during the pandemic. They offer a variety of unique sandwiches with customizable options you don't find it a normal sandwichshop. Their soup and mini sub combo is my favorite. Read more
