It was a Saturday evening visit to Olive Garden. We wait 30 mins for a seat (reasonable we thought), the place was busy and it... appeared they did not have enough staff to accommodate such a busy place. Server was slow moving and had many tables. After waiting for a table, we were placed all alone in the far back room. No one was by us & we waited almost one hour for our... salad & food. There was no heat and it was very cold. We asked for heat in our area, but was not turned on until we were leaving& paying our bill. We received extremely slow service & unacceptable food. The waitress told us she was working tables on theother side of their restaurant, so it was very hard to get back to us. She was sorry, so we were understanding to her. Howeverto make matters worse, our food was the worst tasting meal ever. Noodles were dry & hard, seemed like they were over a day-old.Chicken was disgusting and greasy. Not worth what we paid! I chose to go to Olive Garden for the never-ending pasta bowl. Although I miss the pesto sauce option, I tried the creamy... mushroom sauce instead and loved it! I also got fettuccine alfredo and that tasted great as well! I don't remember what mydaughter and husband ordered but they enjoyed theirs also. Wait staff was attentive! Read more

Our server did an excellent job. Attentive and informative. Food was well prepared, but not totally satisfying. Low temperature... and a lack of taste. Dusting and clean up actions are NEEDED. Olive garden is a wonderful place to have some good price Italian food that won't break the bank! I love the bread that you get... and the Zuppa soup that is offered with some meals! Also, I think the employees/waiters or waitresses are always very nice andhelpful! Whenever I have an anniversary date with my girlfriend they are always very nice in giving us a free dessert with ourmeal! Definitely worth the price you pay! Read more

Spent lunch with my daughter. Had a great time. Great service. Good food.

We had the best waitress. They were busy but she was on her hustle. The Alfredo was a bit dry but she went and got us plenty of... sauce and she knew the menu like the back of her hand. She suggested a wonderful dessert. The food was tasty. Read more

Took my Mother here for her birthday ???????? and had a wonderful time! The staff was very kind. The food was delicious.. this...
