food was hot, quick, correct and not crazy expensive. most of the staff are polite but recently the drive thru worker seemed... ticked off and unfriendly. when i pulled up, she took my card without saying anything, gave me my food and said ?have a goodday.? i tried to be polite but it had no effect so i just thank you and went on my way. I really respect fast food workers but this is the worst wendys I have been to. Wendy?s is my favorite fast food and I hate this... location.The food was stale, and line legit takes 30 minutes!! You can drive to the lacrosse location get your food and make itback to onalaska faster! Read more
I know every place is short staffed. Was in drive thru line almost 20 minutes. 6 cars pulled out of line as I waited. Felt... bad for Uber eats delivery driver waiting that long. I'm sure staff work as fast as they can. Food was good. Wish they had aplace for cars with larger orders to pull into...should help. Read more

I paid $8 for the Pub Burger and it was done in like 30 seconds and tasteless. I called and spoke to Demond the manager. He... acted as if this was common or he didn't care. So I went back in for a free Dave's double and large fry. The tomato slice wasmush, there was one little piece of lettuce on it and the fries were old and half were bits and pieces! What a joke!
