Well lit and bathrooms clean and bright. Late night snow storm stop and just what was needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Put in an order for 2 large pizzas the bogo special and was told it would be about half an hour. Went to pick up half hour... later and they said oh man I forgot to put the order in I'm sorry I can do it quick if you'd like. NO!! I ordered it andalready drove in because I thought it would be done like I was told on the phone I'm not going to sit here and wait for anotherhalf hour when three of them were just sitting in the back visiting and one was outside smoking!! There is no reason that thisshould have happened, talk about poor guest service WOW!! I can honestly say I'll never go back to Casey's again if this is howthey treat their customers!!! Read more
Stopped to use the restroom, get coffee, and candy. They have Twix salted caramel new candy! First time here. Clean store, super... friendly employees. Called to order a pizza there phone didn't work so go directly to Casey's. Tell me I have to phone in my order I tell em there... line is busy signal. The guy making the pizza says yea the phones don't work and the cashier said go call a 1 800 # I'm righthere your phone don't work and you won't let me order in the store I'm done won't be back Read more
My favorite pizza restaurant. Without a doubt Casey's has the BEST pizza ever. And no other restaurant comes close. I think that... I am a fairly good home chef. I make our own homemade pizza from the dough up. But Casey's is still better. This specific storeis great too. Very friendly employees and they remember the store regulars and what they like to order. Being a new store it isvery nice but it is also kept very clean and tidy. Love the walk-in pop cooler too. Pizza day I ordered a pizza and wings online. waited until after the promise time to pick up and the order wasnt even in yet. I... get it, its busy. I come back a half hour later to get my order and they have it sitting out not boxed. I ask for the pizza dayhalf off on the pizza and they would not give it to me.
