I paid for food online and they didn't have it when I showed up. They said they'll have their manager call when they come in... tomorrow. So I gave them my phone number and waited for a call. They didn't so I called them. Manager isn't in. So I said okayhere's my number have them call me. Waited 2 more days. Still no call. Finally contacted the manager today and she said norefunds once the day is over with. This place went downhill after the old owners sold it to whoever owns it now a year or soago. Idgaf about the $12 I lost. It's the concept of not caring. And it shows. This must be a common issue according to thesereviews. Read more

Ordered online last summer food was made wrong called in was asked what I wanted him to do about it asked for refund he said no... refunds. Asked to speak to manager he said Goodluck she is never here I filed a complaint and was told the manager would get mea refund and call me however I never heard from anyone. You can order online but they have no spot set up to pick up your order, they don?t update it online to let you know it?s... actually ready and they?ll have you wait in line and when you tell them you ordered already they?ll just point you to the cashregister, not even verify who you are and let you take the food. Literally anyone could?ve walked in and grabbed my order. Idon?t expect a lot but the bare minimum would be neat. Read more
Well I had something to say but the last post changed my mind. Don't support what u want but do support the sweet staff coming... to work everyday to serve ungrateful ppl. Subway sure has gone downhill in the past few years. Must be nice to get paid to mess up online orders. Also stupid to have the... staff begging for tips when they are not in the best of moods... Personally I think they need to retrain the staff. Read more
