I've always loved this place but recently I've gone there to pick up deliveries and such because I work for grub hub; honestly,... as much as I can. They always have the orders ready when I go get them :) great food, wonderful people and amazing place. Read more
Our server was fantastic. However my dad and I waited over forty five minutes for our meal. Our meal was cold when we finally... got it. There wasn?t too many people in the restaurant. The server said he?s been on and off the kitchen line because they haveno staff. Hire more people! Don?t extend your hours if you don?t have the staff to do so. Read more
Went in for lunch at 12:30 for soup and coffee waitress said soup of the day was vegetable beef so I ordered that and my wife... ordered a hamburger and onion rings. When food came out waitress told me they haven't turned soup on yet and would I like toorder something else. I told her no my wife has hers not waiting another half hour. I went with my 2 grandkids for dinner.I ordered a T-bone steak medium-rare to almost rare and the girls their meal I got my... steak well done. So, I sent it back and it was medium when I got it the 2nd time. I then ordered 2 kids milk shakes to go. Ithen cashed out. It came to about $48. So for myself and 2 kids. Price seemed high so i asked for my receipt. They had chargedme for 2 full size shakes and stated they cldnt refund me the difference. I waited for over 20min for the milkshakes and I stilldidn't get them. I just left irritated. Never again will I go to the Oneida location. It seems like everytime I go there, theservice is always slow and my order is never right. Read more

Worst experience we've had with delivery from here. All of the food was so bad. Just had delivery from here a couple weeks ago... and it was so good. I don't know what changed but tonight was probably the last time we will ever order from here. I ordered abourbon burger, the patty was barely a patty at all. Completely falling apart. It was missing everything that would make it abourbon burger. Everyone that ordered onion rings only got 5 onion rings and they were super greasy. My son's kids burger bunwas burnt. His hashbrowns also burnt. The pot roast sandwich was dryer than dry. Even with the au jus. We didn't even get anystraws for our drinks. Not sure what changed since we last got food from here, but it was not for the better. Read more
