The food is always fresh when I get off of work in the morning and staff are usually very well mannered and helpful
So I have recently started coming to Hardee's for the pies. Always a wait. One time I asked for extra pickle, to get no pickles... also forgot my pies and fries on the combo. So went back in, turns out they had no pickles. I would have just went else where.This place is a nightmare! Read more
We always have to pull up and wait on our food then we dont get what we pay for and never tell them extra bacon because you'll... be lucky to get any.. 45.00 worth of food and didn't even get everything we paid for this place has went downhill watch as theydont wash hands after coming inside from break to yuck! Ordered a Frisco Breakfast sandwich. Ham was cold and wasn't toasted at all. For $7 it should be at very least warm. This place... has gone WAY down hill. Read more
After waiting 5+ minutes for my cheeseburger, it was barely warm. Definitely not fresh. The bun had hard spots. My husband... asked for no mayo, it has mayo and the condiments were so heavy, when he picked it up to eat it slipped all over and was a bigsloppy mess. We were the only people in the dining area. Very Poor service. I should have remembered that it takes a minimum of 20 min to get your food if you order in lobby. We... watched as the employees would wander, not planning ahead to make sure fries were timely coordinated when burgers were made. The drive through money was taken, then asked to pull forward to stop the time on the drive thru clock... but then had to wait 5or more minutes on their food.
