I eat lunch here every time I am in town. Great food and plenty of it. Salad dressings are even made on site. Yummy! I am... hungry. Read more

There?s only the buffet line, but it has plenty of southern food - minus the flavor!! Everything needs some seasoning. The peach... cobbler was wonderful, and the sweet tea was better than average. We left full, but not satisfied. Read more

I love Charlie B?s. The salad bar is superb, and there is always something yummy at the buffet, like fried chicken or shrimp.... They have the BEST desserts! I love it. Read more

This was one of the worst meals I have ever had!! There was very little chcice and what was there was picked over; mostly juice... with a few green beans, the collards were half cooked and mostly stems. The cornbread was dry and hard, and mashed potatoes weredry and from a box. We were told they would bring our drinks but part way through our meal I went and asked if we could get adrink WHILE we were eating!! They finally brought us a drink out . One young man was behind the counter and while we were there,he brought out a pan of peach cobbler. It had very few peaches and was mostly a thick, soggy bread-like substance with no taste. There was zero juice, just the few peach pieces in that thick, soggy mess. That was the only thing he brought and most of thepans were empty with the rest nearly empty. The time was 1:20 pm so lunch rush was over when we got there! He then proceeded tostir all the pots, add crackers to the container and fluff up the salad ingredients. There was basically just 4 vegetablechoices, green beans, collards, some kind of hot pepper with various beans soup stuff and the dry mashed potatoes. There wassome kind of unrecognizable meat and that was ALL!!! For way less than $24, I can open and heat up a couple cans of beans, boxedpotatoes and some rolls, a package of cookies and have a much better meal! The building is old and outdated, very shabby andcrowded. The staff were polite but useless. All together a very unpleasant experience. We will not go back. The place must havechanged owners because the food was good a few years ago! Read more

Hands down, the most filthy restaurant I've been in. I shuffled through 5 plates trying to find the cleanest and had to clean my... silverware at the table. I almost fell because I stepped on the trail of food in the floor. If you consider opening up cans ofvegetables and making instant potatoes home cooking, then this is the place for you. Food from my high school was better thanthis place. How this place has a 4.5 out of 5 is beyond me. Read more

Buffet, meat potatoes, mac and cheese, collard greens you could actually eat. ???? and I don't like collards. Then there was... shrimp. I got so full no room for anything else. When my friend reminded me about the peach cobbler ( and ice cream). Therewill definitely be a repeat visit. Read more
